CHAIRWOMAN DRUE PEARCE  called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to                                                          
order at  8:15 p.m.  All members  were present.   Chairwoman  Pearce                                                            
announced that  the committee has  before it a corrected  version of                                                            
SCS CSHB  184(JUD),  which is  Version P.   The  committee needs  to                                                            
rescind its action  in adopting the incorrect version  at a previous                                                            
meeting.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR THERRIAULT moved  to rescind the committee's action to adopt                                                            
SCS CSHB 184(JUD) (4/18/01 version) for calendaring.                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
There being no objection,  CHAIRWOMAN PEARCE announced the motion to                                                            
calendar  HB 184 was  rescinded and  that Version  P was before  the                                                            
committee.                                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR THERRIAULT moved to calendar SCS CSHB 184(JUD), version P.                                                              
There being no objection, the motion carried.
